Dr. Denise Federer is a speaker, consultant, coach and psychologist in Tampa, Florida. She has over thirty years of experience in working with individuals, executives and corporations, providing consulting and performance coaching.
 
Dr. Federer is an FFI Fellow of The Family Firm Institute. She was named a 2016 Woman of Distinction by the women’s philanthropy forum of the Tampa Jewish Community Center & Federation.
 
Justin Miller is a Partner and the National Director of Wealth Planning at Evercore Wealth Management, counseling advisors and clients on complex taxation, trusts and estates, charitable planning, and family governance issues. He additionally serves as a Senior Wealth and Fiduciary Advisor at the San Francisco office of Evercore Wealth Management and Evercore Trust Company.
 
Justin is an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University School of Law, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He received a B.A., with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He also holds the Accredited Estate Planner® designation and CFP® certification and is a member of the State Bar of California.
 
Dan Stolfa is a Managing Director and Wealth & Fiduciary Advisor at Evercore Wealth Management in Minneapolis and Evercore Trust Company, N.A. He works with families throughout the Midwest to identify financial planning needs and implement solutions.
 
Dan joined Evercore in 2018. He previously worked as a private wealth advisor to high net worth families at Stiles Financial Services and, earlier, as a private wealth advisor at Stolfa Private Wealth Advisors and the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch. Dan has also practiced law as an estate planning attorney, served as the planned giving officer for Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and worked as a senior tax specialist with KPMG.
 
He received his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a CFP® certification and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation.
